Pass has been
successfully implemented by companies in the Automotive Industry
to provide full traceability of stock in their warehouse, also
combined with Newlines Sequencer (EDI), to provide real time
calling for parts from the warehouse, this system will sequence
parts into cages in the correct order as required on a
production line, also incorporating the barcode module, to
produce barcode labels when the parts are required to easily
identify at time of picking what item is required and an
identification label to follow the part onto the production
line, finally the Scanning Module is combined with all the
others to provide a failsafe, final checking system to make sure
the part they have picked is in the correct cage / position as
per the original EDI call from the customer
