Newline provide yearly support, remote support or one off on-site support.
Yearly Support; Newline provides a packaged support agreement that gives you the assurance that should the worst happen, we will be there to assist you and resolve your problems. Yearly support includes remote support and onsite support at no additional cost. Within the yearly support package Newline will help you resolve, among other things, network and internet issues, printer problems and device settings. New hardware and repairs are not included in the yearly support costs but Newline will assist you in idenitifying the equipment that is required and help you find the best price.

Remote Support; is included within the yearly support package. Newline can use several remote support packages and these include PCAnywhere, NetOP, LogmeIn and VNC. The ability to remotely access machines as if sitting in front of them means most routine tasks are a simple job for our experienced staff. Printer driver and software installation, software maintenance, OS and anti-virus updates and most other problems can be solved with a single phone call.
On site Support; When remote support isn't enough. If the problem requires a physical presence in your office, to fault find, roll out new hardware etc. Newline can help. If you have a yearly support contract with us on site support is included.
If you just require a on site technician Newline charge £60 per hour, after the first hour our experienced technician will advise on the work that is required and an estimate of the time and cost. If you wish to continue with the support our technician will stay onsite and keep you updated through all aspects of the call out. The call out will be charged at an hourly rate and payable by cheque before the technician leaves.
