This is a Full Trial 90 Trial of the WMS, NO Restrictions or Limitations have been imposed, a self extracting executable file will be downloaded to your machine.  Once the download has completed the PASS installation wizard will start automatically.  If it doesn't please go to the directory that you have downloaded PASS to and click the setup.exe file.
 

PASS requires the Microsoft .NET framework to be installed on the machine and Microsoft SQL 2005 to be installed on the server machine.  Both the .NET framework and MS SQL 2005 will be downloaded and installed as part of the PASS installation if they are not already present on your machine.
